Permanent Residence ("Green Card")

U.S. citizens and permanent residents may sponsor certain family members for permanent residence ("green card"). The process is either completed in the U.S. or at a U.S. consulate abroad.

A U.S. citizen may sponsor their spouse, children (married and unmarried), and brothers and sisters. A permanent resident may sponsor their spouse and unmarried children. The U.S. State Department Visa Bulletin outlines the different sponsorship categories and current "priority dates".

We can assist you with filing either with the USCIS or the U.S. consulate abroad.
